Thank you for shopping with ZK Creations. We manufacture and fulfill our products with care and work to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under $100.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing & Fulfillment

Many ZK Creations products are manufactured using 3D printing and may be produced or prepared after an order is placed. Processing times can vary depending on the product, order quantity, and current production workload.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include Shopify's available shipping and fulfillment estimates and should be considered estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are generally shipped using USPS or UPS. The carrier used for an order may vary depending on the package size, destination, and available shipping services.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has been fulfilled.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damaged materials until the issue has been resolved, as photographs or other information may be required for a carrier claim.
