Shipping
Most ZK Creations products are made to order and are carefully inspected before shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. During busy periods or for larger orders, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or shipped.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your ZK Creations purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returns of unused physical products may be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging when appropriate. We will work with you to make it right.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom, personalized, or specially configured products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Digital Products and STL Files
Digital downloads, STL files, and other downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered or downloaded.
If you experience a technical problem with a digital file, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
