The Rack-a-Tool system is built for thoughtful, long-term organization in the woodturning shop. Whether you’re roughing blanks or refining final details, these wall-mounted racks keep your tools visible, protected, and always within reach — without clutter or wasted motion.
The system is designed to grow with your shop. You can choose from two overall sizes — Standard or Mini — based on the length and diameter of your turning tools. Available in two configurations: the Tri Rack-a-Tool (holds 3 tools) or the Quad Rack-a-Tool (holds 4 tools).
Racks can be mixed and matched by size, capacity, and top-section type, allowing you to build a layout that fits your tools and the way you work.
Standard-size racks are available in three top-section options:
- Magnetic mount — internal magnets provide strong retention while keeping tools easy to grab
- Roller design for 3/8" Easy Wood Tools — precision-fit rollers that support and protect smaller tool bars
- Roller design for 1/2" Easy Wood Tools — designed for larger tool bars using the same smooth roller system
Mini-size racks are currently available in the magnetic version and are well suited for pen-turning tools, micro skews, detail scrapers, and other shorter tools.
The Rack-a-Tool system works well for organizing spindle gouges, bowl gouges, skew chisels, scrapers, and negative rake scrapers — the core tools used by most woodturners.
Designed with real shop use in mind, the Rack-a-Tool system helps keep your workspace organized so you can spend less time searching and more time at the lathe.
